Attorney Gragg is an experienced civil litigation lawyer, with a primary area of practice in family law. She has represented hundreds of clients in family and probate courts throughout eastern Massachusetts, before the Massachusetts Superior Court, several Massachusetts district courts, housing court, and land court.
Attorney Gragg was raised in Los Angeles, CA, and moved to Providence, RI where she attended Classical High School.
Attorney Gragg obtained her BA from Brandeis University where she majored in History with a focus on the home front during World War II.
After six years in sales and two years as a mortgage processor, Attorney Gragg enrolled in UMASS Boston’s Women in Politics and Public Policy Program where she received a graduate certificate. Her thesis focused on the Federal regulations and recommendations regarding mercury in tuna fish and the government’s failures at alerting pregnant women and the parents of young children to potential risks of exposure.
In 2008, Attorney Gragg enrolled in a joint JD/MPH program through Northeastern and Tufts. She received her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law and her Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2012. Attorney Gragg’s thesis addressed the various ways in which food manufacturers circumvent the Delaney clause which requires the FDA to ban any food additive which has been shown to cause cancer in laboratory animals. During law school, Attorney Gragg worked as a co-op student for Ret. Honorable R. Mark Kantrowitz of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Attorney General’s Office, the City of Boston Inspectional Services Division, and Bubalo Rotman & Heistand which litigated mass torts.
After taking the bar, Attorney Gragg served as a co-field organizer in Greater Lowell for Elizabeth Warren and Edward Markey’s successful Senate campaigns.
When the campaigns were completed, Attorney Gragg traveled throughout the United States as counsel for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) advising NACA members of the resources available to them through their state when facing foreclosure or fraudulent foreclosure rescue scams.
In October 2015, Attorney Gragg joined a small law firm in Lynn where she practiced family law and general civil litigation. Attorney Gragg was a partner and practiced family law and estate planning in a small firm in Lowell, MA from 2018-2025.
Attorney Gragg enjoys opera, ballet, and researching Post War Europe.
